In Lightspeed Retail it is possible to have more than one Vendor ID for an individual Vendor. When trying to update a Lightspeed Item that has more than one Vendor ID for an individual Vendor via the API (Data Tools), Lightspeed Retail will error. This happens even if no change to the Vendor data is being made as part of the import/update.
We have seen cases where this error occurs but only one Vendor ID can be found within Lightspeed. If this is the case please contact Accumula Support and we can reach out to Lightspeed on your behalf for assistance.
