Tags can play a critical and powerful role in your product data, helping to segment and group data together. Accumula uses tags in point of sale to determine which products to sync. They can also trigger actions in other systems to allow you to control as much as possible from your point of sale. You can add multiple tags in the Tags field by separating them with a comma.
Springboard provides a handy way to update Tags in bulk using Springboard's Import/Update Feature.
TIP: Adding a tag to a Grid will automatically add the Tag to all Items in the Grid.
The Accumula tag will publish your items and grids to sync to Ecommerce. Be sure you have applied the "accumula" tag to all items and grids you desire published online. The "shopify", "magento", "webstore", and "online" tag will have the same effect. Do not apply more than one, however.
The Hidden tag sets the Visibility for each of your single items and grids in Ecommerce. Depending on your Ecommerce Platform, the Products will either receive a visibility of "Hidden"(Shopify) or a Status of "Disabled"(Magento).
Tip: You can apply this tag to new grid and single item uploads so that you may review and edit the Product in Ecommerce before it is visible on the site. Setting Update Visibility to Off in Accumula, will allow you to schedule when the product is published in Shopify using the built in Scheduling functionality.
The Instock tag impacts the Inventory Management settings of each item in Ecommerce. Depending on your Ecommerce Platform, the Products will either check "Allow Customers to purchase this product when it's out of stock"(Shopify) or set Manage Stock to "No"(Magento).
