- Add Item Custom Fields
Accumula supports complete publish and update of Product Info from Springboard to your other systems. For full integration support, please navigate in Springboard to Settings > Custom Fields and make sure the following Custom Fields are present on Items. If the Custom Field does not exist, please create it:
• Short Description
• Online Price
Be sure to "Allow all values" for each Custom Field. We recommend leaving all setting switches to Off.
- Add Sales Order Custom Fields
To make your Online Orders easier to track in Springboard, create a Sales Order Custom Field called "Online Order ID". We recommend setting the Custom Field to "Allow all values" and setting "Display on Sales Order List" to YES. If you have multiple locations in Springboard, be sure to NOT set "Values Must Be Unique" to Yes.
Review your Grid and Item DataIf you wish items to appear as options on the same Product page, the items should be setup in a Grid. More info about attribute mapping item setup can be found here:

IMPORTANT: If connecting to an existing Ecommerce store, Accumula will match your Springboard Item # to existing products in your other systems. This step is critical. Please refer to Existing Shopify Stores or Existing Magento Stores before turning on your Shopify or Magento Integration.
Add Tags to Grids and ItemsMake sure that all items you want published in your Ecommerce system have either the "webstore" or "shopify" tag applied in the Tags field. This includes both Grids and Single Items. You can also add other tags you wish to integrate at this time including Accumula feature tags like Hidden or Instock.
Springboard provides a handy way to update Tags in bulk using Springboard's Import/Update Feature.
TIP: Adding a tag to a Grid will automatically add the Tag to all Items in the Grid.
IMPORTANT: Existing Stores be sure to double-check this, Items and Grids not tagged will not sync and may result in existing products being removed or hidden from your Ecommerce store. Shopify users should add Tags to both Grids and Items initially. Because Grids do not provide a field to match to SKU, Magento users with Existing Stores should only Tag Items during initial matching.

Map Custom fieldsAfter you have authorized Accumula to connect, navigate back to Apps > Springboard to map your Custom Fields. This is the last step and will allow product data to begin moving.
