Accumula allows you to speed up the fulfillment process by automatically invoicing Heartland Orders when they are downloaded. This is a massive timesaver, making it so your staff needs to take no action in Heartland when you receive an order. If using the Accumula Shipstation Integration, your team can go straight to Shipstation and start packing and generating labels whenever an new order is received.
Turning this setting on will cause Accumula to download the Order to Heartland, automatically set the Ship From location for each line item, and automatically invoice the order causing inventory to be deducted and the invoice completed.
IMPORTANT: If you integrate inventory from multiple locations in Heartland, do not use this feature unless you are also using Accumula's Order Routing and Splitting for Shopify or Multistore Orders and Fulfillments for Heartland.
