Sales cannot download to Lightspeed Retail until you have selected a 'Create Sales As' User.
To set this, please log in to https://accumula.co, navigate to "Lightspeed Retail", select a User from the dropdown list, and click Save.
Lightspeed requires that a user is associated to all sales created via the API. This error indicates that no user has been selected and saved in your Accumula Settings.
To resolve this error please:
- Login at Accumula.com and navigate to Apps > Lightspeed Retail. Select a User and click "Save".
Note: Lightspeed's API will send a list of all users regardless of status. Archived users cannot be used to create sales.
