When credit memos are created for orders that have been split and routed to multiple locations, refunds of unfulfilled orders will be routed back to the same store the original order was routed to.
In most cases, if the order being refunded has already been fulfilled, customers will return the items to your main location for returns processing.
The "Refund Fulfilled Orders to First Store" setting ensures that when a Fulfilled Order is refunded, all of the refunded items or values are routed to the First Store in your Store Priority List. In the example below, this would be Store-2.
Unfulfilled or Partially Fulfilled Orders will be returned to the locations they were originally fulfilled from.
Important: Please coordinate changes to your store priority list with Accumula Support when using the Refund Fulfilled Orders to First Store setting.
