The default Tax Setting for Channels Integrations is to Match Taxes on Tax Code Name. To work successfully, the names of your Tax Codes/Tax Rates must match the Tax Code/Tax Rate Names in your Ecommerce solution (see Shopify Tax Setup or Magento Tax Setup). To ensure that these names match, you may need to edit the Tax Code Names to make them consistent with your Ecommerce solution.
American Stores - Be sure you have Tax Codes setup for each State you have a brick and mortar location in (ie. NY, OH, CA, etc).
Canadian Stores - Be sure you have Tax Codes setup for each Province individually (ie. BC, ON, AB, QC, etc).
International Stores - Please refer to Shopify Tax Inclusive Setup or Magento Tax Inclusive Setup
