If a product is included on a Shopify Order that is one of the following:
- Does not exist in Lightspeed
- Is not properly linked / synchronized
- Has no SKU in Shopify
The No Product Found product will be added in its place and the product SKU and any other information available from Shopify will be placed in the line item description.
You can then research the issue.
This issue often comes up when Product have been created manually on Shopify, rather than allowing Accumula to publish the product properly.
In Lightspeed you may replace the No Product Found product and quantity with the correct product on the invoice. This may require an exchange be processed in Lightspeed, and will not have an impact on the order in Shopify.
Please check to make sure the product in LightSpeed that could not be found in Lightspeed is set up per the product requirements. If you find No Product Found on invoices frequently, it may be necessary to re-run product matching. If you need any assistance, please contact Accumula Support.
