If you are changing a product to Visible in Shopify, and it mysteriously changes back to Hidden, this is likely because the product is still set to "Hidden" in LightSpeed or the update setting for Visibility is not set to ON in the accumula.com settings.
Log in to accumula.com and go to Apps>Shopify and check that the Visibility setting is set to ON and Save:
As LightSpeed is the Master source for data. Removing "Hidden" from the third Keyword field in the Web Tab of the Product Card in LightSpeed and saving the product card will update the products visibility in Shopify.
For consistent results, be sure to only use this method for Hiding and Revealing products. It will overwrite any visibility settings set manually in Shopify.
NOTE: If "Hidden" was removed while the setting for Visibility was set to OFF, the product(s) will need to be manually or bulk updated again.
NOTE: Child Products are not affected by the “Hidden” flag. Setting a Parent Product to “Hidden” will automatically hide all of it’s associated Child products.
