In order for the connector to upload products certain product fields must contain a value and in most cases be unique. If you are experiencing an issue with a product that is not uploading be sure to check the following fields first.
Single Product
On the LS Product Card Info tab:
- Current: checked
- Editable Description: checked
- Editable Selling Price: checked
- Recent Modified Date/Time (Control Click red box on Product Card)
On Web tab:
- Sell on Web Store: checked
- Web Short Description: Must have unique Short Web Description
Matrix Master Product
On the LS Product Card Info tab:
- Current: checked
- Editable Description: checked
- Editable Selling Price: checked
- Recent Modified Date/Time (Control Click red box on Product Card)
On Web tab:
- Sell on Web Store: checked
- Web Short Description: Must have unique Short Web Description
Matrix Child Product
On the LS Product Card Info tab:
- Current: checked
- Editable Description: checked
- Editable Selling Price: checked
- Recent Modified Date/Time (Control Click red box on Product Card)
On Web tab:
- Sell on Web Store: checked
In Channels Settings (Accumula.com)
Updating Products
- Update Products: Turned on as well as product field update setting for information wishing to be updated
Uploading Products
- Create Products: Turned on
