Inventory values between Lightspeed Onsite and your ecommerce solution may appear inconsistent if an unsupported update method was used to modify a product. Our support team recommends reviewing the following before opening a support ticket.
- Sell Online is checked.
- Current is checked.
- If this is a variant product in Shopify: Size and Color are not blank.
- If this is a variant product in Shopify: Size and Color values are a unique combination.
If the timestamp has not been updated then Lightspeed may not have actively notified Accumula that a value has changed. In the following image, this product has a timestamp that was modified "4/23/2013".
To force an inventory update on a product before the nightly sync, the product card will need to be updated. Save any change so the modified date is updated to the current date and time. If the modified date and time don't match the actual date we recommend that you contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.
