Before uploading a file using Import Tools, be sure to read through the documentation then carefully layout your data in the Import Tools Product Template.
IMPORTANT! You will be importing to your active LightSpeed Cloud database. LightSpeed Cloud does not have a backup function, so be sure that all of your data is prepared properly before importing. Check it 3 times. We urge you to do a small test of 2-3 products before performing a large import.
Once you are prepared, Upload a Product File to LightSpeed Cloud by performing the following:
|1||Log into the Channels site at Accumula.com|
|2||Go to Apps > Import Tools|
|3||Select Cloud Product Import|
Choose the file you wish to import, select the desired matching field, and press Import.
Important! If there is a match, the existing product will be updated. If there is no match, a new product will be created. Be careful to set this correctly to avoid duplicate products.
When the import is started, you will receive an email confirmation.
Be patient, imports can take up to 30 seconds per Product.
