The Accumula Status page lets you quickly see when an object (type of data) was last synced to and from your Accumula Integrations. In the example below we show Shopify. Magento will look the same.
The Status Page is especially useful when large syncs are in process and you find yourself wondering “Is the Connector running?”.
You can access the Accumula Status page at Accumula.com.
Current Status
The current status of the Connector is displayed in the header of the Shopify table. In this case, the status is “Doing Variant Update. 19 of 32” in Shopify.
The timestamp on the right will be updated after each type of data is successfully updated as part of that cycle.
This your best way to confirm that the Connector is working and what it is working on. Please always check the Status Page before creating a support ticket.
Shopify Status Example
Each sync runs in series: Customers, Products, Orders, etc. Each line is updated when the sync of that object is completed. In the example above we can see that Orders were downloaded from Shopify at 11:30am on 7/3 and Products and Variants (New or Updated) were sent to Shopify at 11:48am.
