The Channels Status page lets you quickly see when an object was last synced to and from your Channels Integrations(In the example here, we show Shopify. Magento will look the same.) This is useful, especially when large syncs are in process and you ﬁnd yourself wondering “Is the Connector running?”
You can access the Channels Status page at Accumula.com
The current status of the Connector is displayed in the header of the Shopify table. In this case, the status is “Preparing to create/update product and variants” in Shopify. If the Connector is in the process of updating Products or Variants, you will see a progress message, for example "Updating Products 34 of 56".
This your best way to confirm that the Connector is working and what it is working on. Please always check the Status Page before creating a support ticket.
Shopify Status Example
Each sync runs in series: Customers, Invoices, and Products. Each line is updated when the sync of that object is completed. In the example above we can see that Invoices were downloaded from Shopify at 3:41pm on 8/17 and Products and Variants were updated to Shopify just before that.
