Ensure the Product Has been Synced
In most POS solutions only adding an image to a product does not mark the product as modified. The first suggested step for troubleshooting will always be to try re-saving the product in POS. If Image Update is disabled the product will need to first be removed from Magento so it can be re-uploaded after it is saved.
Ensure Image Settings Are Enabled
Please confirm the following in your Accumula Magento Settings and then try re-saving the product in POS:
- Upload Images is On for uploading new products with images.
- Update Images is On if updating images for existing products. Only enable this setting if you'd like images to be added to existing Magento products.
Ensuring Sync Process Completes
Based on the Sync Process images are the second to last piece of data sent to Magento for products. Depending on the amount of products uploaded/updated and size of photos, this update can take some time to complete. We highly recommend updating no more than 500 products at a time. You can check the Accumula Status Page to see if a product sync cycle has been completed recently.
