There are three possible causes of a product being left off an Invoice:
- The Missing Products do not have Editable Sell and Editable Description Checked
- The "No Product Found" Product has been set to Non-Current and the ordered products do not exist in LightSpeed.
- The Invoice was opened while it was being created, blocking the product from being added.
- The Tax Code required for the Order does not exist in Point of Sale.
If you run into this problem, check the issues above. Make sure that all of your products have Editable Sell and Editable Description checked then navigate to the Order in Magento and type the words “Update” into the Order Notes. This will resync the order in the next sync.
