Before uploading a file using Import Tools, be sure to read through the documentation then carefully layout your data in the Import Tools Customer Template.
IMPORTANT! LightSpeed Cloud currently only supports matching on Customer Name, so be sure that all of your Customer Names are unique. You can do this by adding a space and a number at the end of each duplicate name before import.
Once you are prepared, Upload a Customer File to LightSpeed Cloud by performing the following:
|1||Log into the Channels site at Accumula.com|
|2||Go to Apps > Import Tools|
|3||Select Cloud Customer Import|
|4||Choose the file you wish to import and press Import|
When the import is started, you will receive an email confirmation.
Be patient, imports can take up to 30 seconds per Customer.
