Shopify was unable to create/update the variant Axle Spacer Kit because it has a different number of options than the existing Product in Shopify. In order to avoid future errors, you may delete the Product from Shopify and update the Matrix/Products in Lightspeed to republish.
You may see this error if existing products in Shopify have only one option (size or color only) but the product in point of sale has a different configuration for that Matrix (size AND color). Shopify will not allow the Variant to be adding in this case.
The solution is to either:
- Adjust the Product in point of sale to have the same number of options as the product in Shopify
- Delete the product from Shopify and republish from point of sale, then delete the Shopify option as desired.
