Shopify was unable to create the variant (Product Name) because one or more of its properties is a duplicate of an existing variant of the product at (URL). Please check (Product Name) in LightSpeed and uncheck 'Sell on WebStore' in order to avoid future errors.
This error means that a variant with the same options already exists in Shopify.
Shopify prevents duplicate variants from being created.
Accumula will attempt to re-match this product to the pre-existing duplicate when this error is received. If the error persists, you may delete the Variant from Shopify and Accumula will republish it.
Note: It is easy to confuse this error with Shopify's Duplicate Variant error for new products.
If the variant is not a true duplicate of a previously created variant, adjustments will need to be made to the variant in point of sale to ensure it is unique in order to push into Shopify.
Note: Unsupported duplication tools in POS will often cause this type of error. Sometimes simply re-saving the variant in POS will resolve this issue.
