As part of the initial sync, the Accumula integration creates several products which are required for orders to download accurately. Please check for the following products:
- SHOPIFY DISCOUNT
- SHOPIFY SHIPPING
- SHOPIFY TAXES
- NO PRODUCT FOUND
- CHANNELS SERIAL NUMBER NEEDED
Reminder: Products may have unintentionally been archived or made non-current.
If these products are missing, please contact Accumula Support with information about which products are missing for assistance.
If the products exist in Lightspeed but are not showing on an invoice, please check for the following:
- Inventoried is unchecked
- Editable Description is checked
- Editable Selling Price is checked
- Current is checked
Note: Lightspeed Onsite requires that products are marked Current so they can be added to Orders or Invoices.
Reminder: The Shopify Shipping placeholder product will not be included when an order is created in the POS if there is no charge(free) associated with its Shipping Rate in Shopify.
