As part of initial setup, a number of products are created in Lightspeed that are required products for some orders to download accurately. Based on your ecommerce solution(s) please check for the following product codes:

If these products are missing they will need to be manually recreated or re-imported to Lightspeed.
If the products exist with and are not showing on an invoice, please check for the following on each product card:
- Product Names and Product Codes are exactly as listed above
- Inventoried is unchecked
- Editable Description is checked
- Editable Selling Price is checked
- Current is checked
- The Gift Card Placeholder is not checked "Gift Card". It is a placeholder only.
