Lightspeed Onsite has 3 Basic Types of Products:
- Single Products (products that are not part of a Matrix)
- Matrix Parent Products
- Matrix Child Products
In order for Product to upload to other sales channels, all Products must have:
- Product Code (must be unique)
- Description/Web Short Description (Matrix Master and Single Products)
- Price
- Current, Editable Description, and Editable Selling Price checked
- “Sell on Lightspeed Web Store” or "Sell Online" Checked for Ecommerce integration
NOTE: Description/Web Short Description must be less than 64 characters. Avoid special characters (&, /, ", etc).
