The most helpful Smart Finds often include:
- Ecom Today - Today’s ecommerce Orders
- Ecom Open - Ecommerce Orders that have not yet been marked as Paid in Lightspeed
- Ecom All - All ecommerce Orders
- No Product Found - Ecom Orders that include line items that could not be found in Lightspeed
- Serial Number - Ecom Orders that include serialized products that need processing
Customers expect fast order fulfillment. Make sure you have Smart Finds setup and that staff check them regularly throughout the day so that orders can be processed in a timely manner.
