The Channels Status page lets you quickly see which part of the sync is currently occurring and also when an object was last synced to and from your Channels Integrations. In this case, Shopify and LightSpeed. This is useful, especially when large syncs are in process and you find yourself wondering “Is the Connector running?
You can access the Channels Status page at Accumula.com.
Each sync runs in series: Customers, Invoices, and Products. Each line is updated when the sync of that object is completed. In the example below we can see that no Orders have been downloaded from Shopify since 11:02am on 9/26 but Products have been uploaded to Shopify more recently.
In the Header for this table, you can also see the current status. In this case, “Preparing to download orders.” in Shopify. This your best way to confirm that the Connector is working. Please always check the Status Page before creating a support ticket.
