Lightspeed Onsite Requirements

IMPORTANT
Accumula integrates two different systems with different databases. It is essential to observe the following rules:
DO NOT DELETE, MERGE, OR DUPLICATE
- Products
- Invoices
- Customers
- Tax Codes
- Suppliers
- Basically anything
from LightSpeed Onsite
- DO NOT restore your Lightspeed Database without contacting Accumula Support
- DO NOT change a matrix parent product back to a single product
Multistore
When Multistore is enabled, all product data is fed from the master store. When setting up any multistore environment with Lightspeed Onsite, the master store must be synced first. The only product data included from other stores is inventory.
All products must be created in the master store first and allowed to sync to Accumula before replicating products to other locations. This includes "one off" products that might exist in only one location if they will be sold online. For more information, review the Multistore Setup Instructions.
Check Your Data
Whenever products do not upload or do not upload as expected, check your data first in Lightspeed Onsite. Make sure that your data follows the formatting rules. The issue is usually in the product data.
Check Your Settings
Whenever products do not upload or do not upload as expected, check your Accumula settings at Accumula.com to ensure that the the correct attributes are set to update ("On").
