Each product in Shopify can be set to have a Price and a Compare at Price. When both a Price and Compare at Price are present, and the Compare at Price is higher than the current Price, the product will show as “On Sale” in Shopify.

Startup (formerly Pro) Plan or above subscribers can control Price and Compare at Price on the Products Tab in Accumula.
If the value for Price is empty or equals 0, Compare At Price will appear as the Price. If the values mapped to Price and Compare At Price have the same value, no sale pricing will appear.
Note: Products displaying as "On Sale" is standard but customizable feature in Shopify. It may also be controlled in part by custom themes. Examples include products only showing up as "On Sale" when they're tagged "Sale".
Sale Pricing in Lightspeed Retail
All available Pricing Levels from Lightspeed Retail will show up in both dropdown menus for Set Price and Set Compare at Price. Lightspeed Retail users default to Price=Default and Compare At Price=MSRP.
Prices can be updated in the Lightspeed UI or in Bulk using DataTools.
NOTE: Pricing Rules in Lightspeed Retail are not supported because they are not available via the Lightspeed Retail API. Pricing Rules are only applied at checkout in Lightspeed Retail.

Sale Pricing in Heartland Retail
All available fields in Heartland will show up in both dropdown menus for Price and Online Price. By default, these fields are set for Price Field=Price (Heartland) and Online Price Field=Online Price. These fields are customizable in your Accumula account under the Heartland tab.

Under the Shopify Products tab, the Shopify Price and Compare at Price fields can be set to sync from the Online Price and Price settings under Springboard tab.

Heartland provides a handy way to update Pricing in bulk using Heartland's Import/Update Feature.
NOTE: When entering a price in the Online field, don't include currency symbols as this will prevent the price from syncing.
Sale Pricing in Lightspeed Onsite
Lightspeed Onsite users default to Price=Web Price and Compare At Price=Selling Price. Entering a Web Price in Lightspeed Onsite will display the Web Price as the Price and change the Regular Sell Price to the Compare At Price. Web Price, Selling Price are the only two options.
Prices and Pricing Levels can be updated quickly using the Bulk Update process within Lightspeed Onsite. Web Prices can later be updated in Bulk using an empty column, effectively ending the “On Sale” pricing in Shopify.
Example Sale Pricing Process in Lightspeed Onsite
- Set Web Price for on sale products using the Bulk Update Process in Lightspeed Onsite. This will be the "sale price".
- Sell like Crazy and when the Sale is over...
- Set Web Price to blank using the Bulk Update Process in Lightspeed Onsite to end Sale Pricing in Shopify.
