When Auto-Fulfillment is On in Accumula Settings, Accumula will fulfill the order in Shopify when the sale is fulfilled in point of sale.
The Auto-Fulfillment setting can be found on the Orders tab.

If you use Shipstation to ship orders, you can also use Shipstation to handle fulfilling the Order in Shopify.
Note: Because Order Notes cannot be edited in Heartland, Auto-Fulfillment is not supported for Heartland Retail.
Depending on the point of sale, a Shopify Order is fulfilled by:
- Marking the order as "shipped" or "paid".
- Entering a Tracking number into the Notes.
- The Shipping Method in the Order Notes must match one of Shopify's supported tracking companies for Shopify to be able to generate the tracking email and fulfillment.

Lightspeed Retail
When the Shipped checkbox on the Shipment in Lightspeed Retail is checked, the Tracking number in the Lightspeed Shipping Notes will be sent to Shopify automatically. This will mark the sale items as fulfilled, and the customer will be sent an email notification with the tracking info included.
Note: To mark the order as fulfilled a tracking number and Shipping Method supported by Shopify are required.
Lightspeed Onsite
When payment is applied to the Invoice in Lightspeed Onsite, the Tracking number in the Printed Notes will be sent to Shopify automatically. This will mark the sale items as fulfilled, and the customer will be sent an email notification with the tracking info included.
Note: To mark the order as fulfilled a tracking number and Shipping Method supported by Shopify are required.
