Tags can play a critical and powerful role in your product data, helping to segment and group data together. Accumula also uses tags to trigger actions in other systems to allow you to control as much as possible from your point of sale. You can add multiple tags in the Tags field by separating them with a comma.
Accumula DataTools allow you to update tags in bulk.
Accumula Tag
The Accumula tag will publish your items and item matrices to sync to eCommerce. Be sure you have applied the "accumula" tag to all products you desire published online. The "shopify" tag will have the same effect, as will "webstore" and "magento". Users should not use more than one of these tags on a product.
Hidden Tag
The hidden tag impacts the visibility for each of your single items and itemmatrices in eCommerce. Depending on your eCommerce Platform, the products will either receive a visibility of "hidden" (Shopify) or a status of "Disabled" (Magento).
Tip: You can apply this tag to new item uploads so that you may review and edit the product in eCommerce before it is visible on the site. Setting Update Visibility to Off in Accumula will allow you to schedule when the product is published in Shopify using the built in Scheduling functionality.
Instock Tag
The instock tag impacts the inventory management settings of each item in eCommerce. Depending on your eCommerce platform, the products will either check "Allow customers to purchase this product when it's out of stock" (Shopify) or set Manage Stock to "No" (Magento).
