Shopify - Pickup In Store (BOPIS)

Pickup In Store  looks at your Shopify shipping rate name for the order routing location and routes the entire order to that location, regardless of the inventory. Accumula works together with Shopify's native Pickup functionality or, for a more refined experience, the Zapiet Pickup and Delivery app to manage Pickup fulfillments.

Shopify Pickup (native)

1. Set Pickup In Store Enabled to On.  This can be found in your Accumula Settings under Apps > Shopify > Multistore
   
   POS Location Names: Accumula will match your Shopify Location Name to any part of your POS Location Name. Be sure that your POS Location Names include the Shopify Location Name. For instance, "New York" in Shopify will match to "004 - New York City", because "New York" is part of the name. 
   
   

Zapiet Pickup and Delivery
Zapiet has some excellent configuration options that refine the pickup experience. When setting up Zapiet with Accumula, the most important difference is that your "Pickup In Store Prefix" and Shopify Location Names must be included in your Zapiet Shipping Rate Names for pickup. 

1. Set Pickup In Store Enabled to On.  This can be found in your Accumula Settings under Apps > Shopify > Multistore.
2. Then set the Pickup In Store Prefix. Prefixes must include a trailing space and match the beginning of your Zapiet Shipping Rate Names for pickup.  A prefix of "Instore Pickup at " would work for Zapiet shipping rates titled "Instore Pickup at New York" and "Instore Pickup at Los Angeles". 
   
   POS Location Names: Accumula will match your Shopify Location Name to any part of your POS Location Name. Be sure that your POS Location Names include the Shopify Location Name. For instance, "New York" in Shopify will match to "004 - New York City", because "New York" is part of the name. 

Setup Shopify Shipping Rates

You will need to setup a shipping rate in Shopify for each location you would like to support Instore Pickup. When the shopper selects that shipping rate for their Order, the Order will be routed to that location regardless of whether inventory is available.

1. To find your shipping rates, navigate in Shopify to Settings > Shipping.
2. Within your Shipping settings, you will need to setup instore pickup options for each shipping zone you'd like to offer instore pickup to. 
   
   
   
   
3. After selecting a Shipping Zone, you can setup the Rates. When creating the rate, ensure that the name is exactly a combination of the instore pickup prefix you setup in your Accumula Settings, and the Store Name for the instore pickup.  
   
   
   
   

Note: Each instore pickup shipping method name must be formatted with the same prefix and end in the location name as defined in your Accumula settings. You can find your location names in the Store Priority List on the Multistore tab.
