The Accumula Mailchimp Integration sends data from Point of Sale to Mailchimp as it is created/updated in Point of Sale.
Customer Information
The following Customer information is integrated from Point of Sale:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Address 1 + 2
- City
- State/Province
- Zip/Postal Code
- Country
- Birthday [Month and Date, ie. MM/DD]
- Customer Category/Customer Type
- Acquisition Date [Created Date of Customer in Point of Sale]
All Address fields are included in the Mailchimp Customer Address object.
Mailchimp Member Screen
Using this information, you can segment your customers to target by State, Country, Birth Month, Category and more.
Customer Purchase History
If you have Growth (formerly Premium) Plan or above, you have the option to send Customer Purchase History to Mailchimp. Accumula Support can enable Purchase History Integration for you at your request. Purchase History since your Accumula account was created will be included.
If you are already using Mailchimp's direct integration for Shopify or Magento, you can exclude online sales to prevent double recognition using the "Do Not Sync Ecommerce Orders" setting.
The following Purchase History information is integrated from Point of Sale:
- Store Name
- Sales ID/Invoice ID
- Order Date
- Order Time
- Order Total
- Line Item Product Name - Variant Name
- Line Item Quantity
- Line Item Price
