Ensure the product is web enabled
Products must be both web enabled and current in Lightspeed Retail:
- The item must be tagged "accumula". The item cannot be archived.
- For an item that is part of a Matrix, the matrix itself must also be tagged "accumula". The Matrix cannot be archived.
To web enable products the "webstore", "accumula", "shopify", "online", or "magento" tag will work the same.
Ensure the product merchandising matches
Products must be merchandised the same in Lightspeed Retail as they are in your Ecommerce solution.
Ensure Product Create or Update Settings are enabled Please login at Accumula.com and navigate to the settings for your ecommerce solution. If you have Update, Upload, or Create product settings disabled and expect them to be enabled please contact Accumula Support. We strongly advise that our team do a quick review of your settings before they're turned on.
