If a product is included on an Order, and that product is not linked to Lightspeed, the No Product Found placeholder product will be added to the downloaded Sale in that product's place.
Note: The product SKU and Quantity will be included in the Shipping notes.
This issue often comes up when products have been created manually in your ecommerce solution, rather than allowing Accumula to publish the product properly. Other common causes include:
- The Product did not meet matching requirements during onboarding.
- The Product is not tagged "accumula", "webstore", "shopify", "magento", or "online" in Lightspeed.
- The product is archived in Lightspeed.
In Lightspeed you may exchange the No Product Found product and quantity with the correct product using the refund/exchange process. This will not have an impact on the order in ecommerce, but will correct the inventory.
