If a product is included on an Order that is not linked to Lightspeed, the No Product Found product will be added to the downloaded Sale in that product's place.
If the No Product Found product is found on a Sale, this is usually because of one of the following:
- The Product was created manually in the Ecommerce store.
- The Product was not successfully matched between Lightspeed and your Ecommerce Platform when your account was onboarded.
- The Product is not tagged with webstore or shopify in Lightspeed.
- The Product does not have a SKU that matches the CustomSKU in Lightspeed and is not linked.
To avoid future issues with No Product Found, identify the product on the Ecommerce Platform and check in using Tools > Force Sync in Channels to confirm that there is a Lightspeed ID assigned.
