Shopify - Gift Cards Overview

With Accumula, you can sell and redeem integrated Gift Cards to help maximize your sales. There are 3 types of Gift Cards covered with Shopify:

• Instore Gift Cards - redeem instore only
• Shopify Gift Cards - redeem online only
• Omni Gift Cards - redeem instore OR online

Omni Gift Card Sync is available for Lightspeed and Shopify Plus; allowing your shoppers to redeem instore or online. Contact Accumula Sales to upgrade to Enterprise (formerly Omni) Plan. 

Note: Due to limitations in the Lightspeed Onsite API, automated redemption of Gift Cards is not yet available for Lightspeed Onsite. Gift Card Redemptions are applied manually using the provided Gift Card serial number.
