Magento did not respond for over 5 minutes and the request timed out when Updating product with sku [SKU] and price [Price] . Please review your Magento configuration to ensure that the Magento database is responsive.
The Magento Server is not responding when Accumula is sending product data to be created or updated. If this issue persists it will need to be reviewed and addressed by your Magento developer or host.
Note: If you encounter this error only once it is most likely a single instance of a connectivity issue.
Note: Magento provides the integration zero visibility into the cause of these errors.
Some common causes to address before checking with your Magento developer:
- The indicated product SKU has product details that contain special characters not supported by the Magento API. These can include but are not limited to: " \ # & ' < >
