The Register selected for Order Download does not exist in the Selected Master Store. Please login at Accumula.com and go to Apps > Lightspeed Retail to select a different Register.
When an Order is downloaded from Shopify, it is routed to a specific combination of Store and Register in Lightspeed Retail.
This error indicates that the Register selected for Order Download does not exist in the Store associated to the Order. This error can occur if the Master Store and / or Register selected in Accumula Settings are changed after an order was downloaded from ecommerce, but before the associated Sale was created in Lightspeed.
Note: For Shopify Multistore users the Register Setting is located on the Multistore settings page.
Tip: Register and Shop name changes are not communicated automatically by Lightspeed Retail's API. If you've changed the name of a Register or Shop please contact Support.
