The Register selected for Order Download does not exist in the Selected Master Store. Please login at Accumula.com and go to Apps > Lightspeed Retail to select a different Register.
When an Order is downloaded from Shopify, it is routed to a particular Store and Register in Point of Sale. This error indicates that the Register selected for Order Download does not exist in the Master Store associated to the Order. This error can occur if the Master Store and / or Register selected in Channels are changed after an order was downloaded from ecommerce, but before the order was synced to Lightspeed.
To resolve this error please:
1. Login at Accumula.com and navigate to Apps > Lightspeed Retail. Select a register and click "Save".
2. Update the order in ecommerce by adding anything to the notes, even a space " ", and saving the order. An example from Shopify is below.
