Exporting Matrix Pricing Levels

Exports of Matrix Pricing Levels can be performed from the Export Data tab in Accumula > DataTools.

To create a new Matrix Pricing Level Export, simply:

1. Click the Export Data tab
2. Select MatrixPricingLevels from the dropdown
3. Select Export All or Export Data modified since a selected date
4. Press the Export button.

An export file in CSV format will be emailed to the email address on file soon thereafter.

The resulting export file includes up to 10 pricing levels for each matrix. All export files are in the same format as the import template for easy edit and update. This file can be imported into Excel and edited as needed, then reimported in whole or in part matching on MatrixID or Matrix Description.

Warning: Opening the export file directly will result in Excel reformatting all number fields. Be sure to use the Import function from Excel's File menu and reformatted columns that hold large numbers to "Text".
