Your Shopify Integration has been stopped because your Shopify Shop could not be found. This means your Shopify account has either been suspended or cancelled. Please log into Accumula and select Apps > Shopify to re-enable your integration.
Periodically the integration receives a message from Shopify that indicates the Shopify URL associated to your Shopify account could not be found by Shopify's API service.
These messages are generic, but are often associated to accounts going into past due status.
Your integration is automatically stopped when we receive this error notification from Shopify. Our support team has a notification feed of Shopify accounts that are stopped for this reason, and we often respond by trying to restart your service within a few minutes. If the service cannot be started for any reason our support team will contact you and request to be notified when you can confirm the account is accessible.
Note: For some Shopify errors we must flag the account to be re-authorized. Which would mean navigating to Apps > Shopify to re-authorize as mentioned in the notification. If navigating to Apps > Shopify does not ask you to grant access you can ignore that portion of the notification.
If you have not heard from our team, please login at Accumula.com and check your Shopify Status:
If the most recent timestamp is older than 20 minutes, please open a ticket with our support team. We can review recent activity, clarify any error message received from Shopify, and/or ensure that your service has been restarted.
