Shopify now requires that all API updates for product inventory reference a Shopify location. In accounts with multiple Shopify locations, but only one Inventory location, the following steps will be required for product updates to transfer to Shopify:
If your Shopify account has multiple locations enabled but only holds inventory in one location, you will need to do the following:
- Open your Shopify account and navigate to Settings > Locations.
- Find the name of your Shipping Origin Location. It will be flagged "Shipping Origin". In this example, "709 Pacific Ave, Suite 202".
- Log into Accumula and navigate to Apps > Shopify > Location Map.
- Click the checkbox under "Use as Inventory Default" for the Shopify Location that matches your Shopify Shipping Origin.
- Press Save.
