Once you have completed setup for your Shipstation Ship from Store integration, using the Accumula integration has a few distinct workflow differences than the standard Shopify > Shipstation integration.
Each store or fulfillment location will have it's own dedicated user who can see only the orders assigned to their Ship From Location. This helps store staff focus only on the orders they need to fulfill, improving efficiency.
NOTE: Managers can access all orders within Shipstation from their view.
No more manually splitting orders, orders will be split automatically before they reach Shipstation so that shipment can be created as quickly and efficiently as possible.
NOTE: Fulfillments to Shopify may fail if orders are split or combined manually.
Notification via Shipstation Mobile
If you have Shipstation open in your desktop/laptop browser, you will receive notifications as new orders come in. Accumula highly recommends that staff processing fulfillments also install the Shipstation Mobile app and enable notifications for new orders on their personal device.
When enabled, you also receive notifications and badges on your mobile device. You can manage these notifications in Settings > Notifications > Shipstation in iOS.
