On February 4th, 2020, Shopify will activate inventory locations for accounts that haven't yet enabled it manually. We recommend enabling and configuring your locations manually instead of waiting for Shopify to make this change. This three step process usually takes just a few minutes before you're done.
Important: Accounts that have not enabled and configured locations by February 4th will be blocked once Shopify makes changes, and until locations are configured.
Enabling Shopify Locations
In Shopify, navigate to Settings > Locations.
Click Enable inventory at locations
Only the Shopify Account Owner can Enable Inventory at Locations.
Configure Location Mapping in Accumula
Open your Accumula account and navigate to Shopify > Location Map.
Select an integrated POS Store for each Shopify Location.

Important Notes
- Integrated point of sale locations that are not associated to a Shopify location will cause sync errors.
- Any data updated or created while configuring your locations settings will begin to sync as soon as your locations are configured.
- Any Shopify location that contains inventory or will be associated to any orders, must be associated to a POS location. Sync errors will occur otherwise.
