Magento 2 users have the power to manage inventory in Magento 2 using features triggered by Tags/Keywords. Feature Tags are applied to Products in Point of Sale and processed and filtered out of the Tags sent to Magento 2. They work whether or not the Update Tags setting is On or Off.
Hidden Tag / Keyword
In some cases, you may want to push a product to Magento 2 that isn’t quite ready for customers to see. For instance, if the product still needs a description, or is missing photos. Accumula allows you to control the visibility of your products using feature tags in point of sale.
By placing the word “hidden” in the tags, Accumula sets the status of the product in Magento 2 to “Disabled”. While disabled, you will be able to edit the product in Magento 2 but it will not be visible to customers.
Note: Since child products are set to “Not Visible Individually” by the integration, they are not affected by the “hidden” tag/keyword. Setting a parent product to “hidden” will automatically hide all of its associated child products.

Product Creation and Product Updates
The Hidden Tag/Keyword will always be respected when the Accumula integration is first creating products in Magento 2. When updating existing products in Magento 2, adding or removing the "hidden" tag is only respected if the settings for "Update Status" is enabled:
To make a product tagged "hidden" visible, simply remove the word “hidden” from the tags in point of sale and save. This will update the status to “Enabled” in Magento 2.
