Heartland Integration with Accumula takes just a few minutes to setup. An Heartland user with admin permissions is required when authorizing Accumula to connect to Heartland.
Account Creation
After signing up you will receive an email invite to create your account, authorize Accumula to connect to Heartland and Shopify, review product data audit results, and schedule your first onboarding meeting.
Note: If you're using Magento 2 your onboarding specialist will contact you for a more tailored account set up process.
Automated Data Audit
Once you create your account and authorize both Heartland and Shopify our data audit tool will review your Shopify product data against your products in Heartland. Results and reports for your matched, un-matched, and duplicate data will be provided once the tool has finished receiving and processing the data from your services.
Speak with a Specialist
If you are happy with the data results schedule a call with your onboarding specialist, and they will walk through your account settings and the initial transfer of data during your call.
Tips for a smooth experience
Archive Old or Unwanted Products
The integration's data audit will ignore Heartland and Shopify products that are disabled or archived. If you want to exclude old or unwanted Shopify products from the matching results you can archive them before running the data audit, or before re-running the data audit to get updated results.
Set Fields to Not-Required
Custom Fields set to required can block the integration from taking steps to save you time and might even block orders from downloading. Updating your settings to ensure no fields are set to required will improve your initial experience.
Merchandise Consistently
If you wish items to appear as variants or options on the same product page, the items should be setup in a Grid in Heartland. More info about attribute mapping item setup can be found here:

Temporarily Allow All Values on Custom Fields
Be sure to "Allow all values" for each Custom Field. We recommend leaving all setting switches to Off.
